Osteo-odonto-keratoprosthesis (OOKP) is a surgical procedure reserved for end-stage corneal blindness. We present a surgical technique to repair laminar resorption associated with OOKP using autologous split-pedicle orbicularis oculi. The technique does not require additional bone grafts, and to provide the alveo-bone-mucosa complex with additional tissue bulk and blood supply.
