Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery is an ab interno approach. Gonioscopy assisted transluminal trabeculotomy,one of MIGS in which Trabecular meshwork is circumferentially bypassed via 6-0 polypropylene suture. We presented different case scenarios demonstrating GATT.Proper surgical set up and intraoperative challenges for management are also covered with tips and tricks for successful outcomes.
