Course Description
This video based IC will show different scenarios of intraoperative surprise like a leaking side port, anterior capsular puncture while creating incision, anterior capsular tear in hydrodissection, extension of anterior capsular tear to PC, accidental PC rupture in I/A,PC tear in phaco, IOL insertion, placement of toric IOL, intraoperative miosis. In detailed analysis of causes and once it happened what was done to handle the complication

Educational Objective
To highlight the possibility of inadvertent intraoperative surprises in routine and complex cataract surgery, and equip the anterior segment surgeon with options for management of such scenarios for safe surgical outcomes
